They treat people in ill manners. They are known to beat people in the process of arresting them. This is a violation of the rights of the citizens. The police officers may also shoot at areas of crimes. They may end up killing innocent citizens. This is the abuse of the power they have been given and also shows high levels of irresponsibility. Police officers or cops are rude to people, especially in their interrogations. Most of the people will thus ignore their questions or even fear talking to them. The police officers are also hated or disliked for the fact that they are most of the times late in arriving at scenes of crime. Others hate them because they arrest people.

Education forums and meetings should be held to improve these relationships. The police should learn the responsibilities that come with the power they have. The citizens should know police roles and learn to respect them.
